Returns & Exchanges

At Feline Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the guitar in its original hard case or gig bag, then secure it inside the original shipping box with all paperwork and tools.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the guitar's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
